Born in Turin, Italy, Gee began playing drums at the age of fifteen. From the very beginning of his musical journey, he was drawn to the art of double bass drumming,  dedicating himself to mastering the technique. In 2005, after graduating from NAM Academy in Milan, where he studied under renowned drummer and Italian TV personality Tullio De Piscopo, Gee became a drum instructor specialising in Rock and Metal.

A lifelong Metal enthusiast, Gee has developed a deep appreciation for many subgenres of heavy music. Throughout his career, he has performed with bands such as Braindamage and Kill Ritual, experiences that helped refine his skills and prepare him for the opportunity to join the Grammy-nominated power metal band DragonForce in 2014. His appointment placed him among the most respected drummers in the Metal scene.

Since joining DragonForce, Gee has recorded the studio albums Reaching Into Infinity (2017), Extreme Power Metal (2019), and Warp Speed Warriors (2024), as well as the band’s official live DVD, In The Line Of Fire (2015). These releases have received widespread acclaim from fans and critics alike.

In 2022, Gee also collaborated on the soundtrack for Season 5 of the Netflix series Cobra Kai, performing drums on the track Strike First, produced by Zach Robinson and Leo Birenberg.

Beyond his passion for Metal music, Gee is an avid lover of Italian cuisine and remains deeply committed to exploring every aspect of extreme drumming. From speed and endurance to the latest modern techniques, he continuously pushes the boundaries of his craft. He dedicates himself to daily improvement while sharing his knowledge with students across Italy and around the world through private lessons, drum clinics, and masterclasses.

Gee considers himself an open-minded musician who believes there are no limits to the study and evolution of drumming. This philosophy is reflected in both his teaching and his performances.

He is currently touring worldwide with DragonForce, celebrating the 20th anniversary of Inhuman Rampage, the band’s landmark and most celebrated album.
