These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for The Europe Drum Show (“the Event”), organised by On Another Level Ltd (“the Organiser”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.1 Every visitor must hold a valid ticket for admission unless otherwise stated.
1.2 Tickets may be presented either digitally on a mobile device or as a printed copy.
1.3 Admission is only valid for the date(s) shown on the ticket.
1.4 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, abusive or likely to negatively affect the enjoyment or safety of other visitors.
1.5 Tickets remain the property of the Organiser.
The Europe Drum Show offers a range of ticket types including, but not limited to:
Each ticket provides access only to the areas and benefits specifically described at the time of purchase.
3.1 Artist Priority Tickets are an optional add-on.
3.2 Artist Priority Tickets do not include admission to The Europe Drum Show.
3.3 A valid admission ticket must also be purchased.
3.4 Artist Priority Tickets provide priority access to the selected Main Stage performance only.
3.5 Seating and standing areas remain subject to venue capacity and health and safety regulations.
3.6 Priority access may be forfeited if the ticket holder arrives after the published performance start time.
VIP Tickets include the benefits advertised at the time of purchase.
VIP benefits may change where reasonably necessary due to operational requirements.

Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
Photography, filming and live streaming may take place throughout the Event.
By attending, visitors acknowledge that they may appear in photographs or video footage used for promotional, editorial or marketing purposes by The Europe Drum Show and its partners.
Anyone with concerns should speak to a member of the Event team upon arrival.
Children under the advertised age may be admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult, where applicable.
Anyone under the age of 16 must remain supervised by a responsible adult throughout the Event.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without refund.
The Europe Drum Show is committed to making the Event accessible wherever reasonably possible.
Visitors requiring additional assistance are encouraged to contact the Organiser before the Event.
Unless required by applicable consumer law:
If the Event is cancelled by the Organiser, ticket holders will be offered an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
If the Event is postponed, tickets will normally remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled Event, details of any available refund or exchange process will be communicated at that time.
The Organiser is not responsible for travel, accommodation or any other consequential costs incurred by visitors.
The Organiser shall not be liable for cancellation, delay or alteration caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, fire, flood, pandemic, industrial action, terrorism, government restrictions or venue closure.
Nothing within these Terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.
Subject to this, the Organiser shall not be liable for:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
