Oskar Podolski, born on October 5th, 1992, in Bytom, Poland, is a charismatic rock drummer, educator, and online content creator.
He began his musical journey at the age of 10, rehearsing in his family garage with his father and uncle, experimenting with his first rhythms. The beginnings were not easy – he started by performing street shows on paint buckets under the name Bucket Guys, which eventually led to international performances and an appearance on Poland’s Got Talent in 2012.
Today, Oskar is one of the most recognisable drummers in Poland. Since 2021, he has been performing with Agnieszka Chylińska, an icon of Polish rock music, with whom he recorded the diamond-certified album Never Ending Sorry (double platinum). Together, they have played hundreds of concerts across Poland’s biggest arenas, as well as festivals throughout Europe and the USA. His playing style is pure rock energy — dynamic, powerful, and full of showmanship.
Alongside performing, Oskar has built a strong reputation as an educator. As the founder of Podolski Drum Studio, he has been teaching drums for over 15 years — privately, online, and through workshops. In 2021, he was named Teacher of the Year at the Polish Drum Awards, and in 2023, Best Online Drum Teacher by Perkusista magazine.
He creates free lessons on YouTube, where he shares knowledge about drumming and personal growth. His motto:
“Always believe in yourself. Set a goal and don’t waste time — you only have one life.”
Oskar is an official endorser of Gretsch Drums (since 2025), Sabian Cymbals, Evans Drumheads, and Pro-Mark Sticks.
He lives in Poland, valuing balance between performing, teaching, and family life.
