Simon Edgoose is a UK-based drummer, educator and product consultant working at the forefront of electronic percussion.

As an R&D liaison for Yamaha Japan, he connects real-world players with developing products, shaping future instruments and devices through hands-on feedback, demos and industry reaction. As well as product development for the music industry, Simon also programs for some of the biggest artists around, and plays and records. He regularly presents at trade shows and clinics, trying to translate complex technology into understandable and practical musical tools.

Equally at home on acoustic and electronic kits, Simon combines performance experience, technical knowledge and clear communication to support drummers worldwide.
