See the UK’s leading air-drummer, demonstrating his skills with cutting-edge technology.

Coinciding with the launch of Aerodrums 2 at the Europe Drum Show, this session will look at the latest air drumming technology and how it can be used for practice and performance. We will talk about the development of Aerodrums 2 and how it compares to traditional electronic and acoustic drum sets. We will explore hand and foot techniques, dispel myths about the lack of rebound, and demonstrate why we believe air drumming will play a significant role in the evolution of electronic drumming.

This will be a rare opportunity to see a pro drummer playing “nothing at all”!

Speakers/demonstrators: Mitch Deighton, 30 years pro drummer and 9 years Aerodrums player. He is not only a serious Aerodrums practitioner, he also produces sound patches for his invisible drums.

Mitch willl be supported by Richard Lee, Aerodrums co-developer and co-founder.

Attendees will not only see and hear air-drumming at its pinnacle, but also be able to ask questions and test the skills of Mitch and the Aerodrums team.
